Musician & Actress Headshots Athens, GA

Such an honor photographing this musician and actress for her updated headshots. She is a natural performer and has been practically her whole life. It is in her blood. With upcoming plays and concerts coming up, she needed some professional headshots for programs and auditions. She had mentioned that a lot of people use pictures taken with their iPhones, but she wanted to stand out and have something done professionally that she could be proud of. She came to my home studio with a few outfit options and got some beautiful images of her. I think these convey her strength and her soft side. Shows her range and personality very well. There is something that is very old Hollywood in her features. Classic beauty. If you have an opportunity to see Katie Collins perform, make sure you take advantage of that. Well worth it. Her acting amazing, her soulful voice will give you goose bumps and her piano playing comes with such ease – as if an extension of her fingers.

Brand Photography | Athens Building Company

Brand photography is such an important element of showcasing your business and/or personal brand. Images on your website and social media are many times the very first impression you get to make to potential clientele or your desired audience. Athens Building Company commissioned me to do a start up brand photography session for them. They are certainly not a start up company, but this shorter session worked for what they were needing. They were having their annual Spring luncheon for the entire crew of the company and they wanted a few images for their social media and marketing purposes. Their dog is part of the team and can be spotted at most job sites and meetings, so we made sure to include him too.

Athens Building Company was featured in Southern Living Magazine prior to their start up brand session and this was the first glimpse most people were getting of the publication. It was nice to see everyone’s expressions and hear the stories behind the shoot.
