“If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.” ~ BUDDHA
Last night was perfect for Spring fine art children’s portraits in Oconee County. The landscape in Georgia is speckled with the beautiful white blossoms of pear trees right now. The breathtaking views are abundant and the perfect backdrop for outdoor child photos! This little Southern lady is turning two next month and her mom wanted some images to document this important time for her walls, in an album and for party announcements.
She borrowed this beautiful Tutu Du Monde dress from the Yvonne Niemann Photography wardrobe closet. It solved the problem of what to wear for her Spring birthday portraits. The delicate tulle, beading and color palette works wonderfully in this setting and complements this 0n-the-go toddler’s personality.
Miss L was on the run from the moment her mom took her out of the car and put her on the ground. Thankfully I was able to freeze her with a click of the shutter of my camera. She was on a mission to explore and run away from us adults. Her mom got a workout chasing her and she kept me on my toes as well as I really wanted to capture her beautiful face with some eye contact and didn’t want to miss her wonderful expressions. Thank goodness for high shutter speeds! I wouldn’t have it any other way though. This is her wonderful personality and who she is as a person. I wanted to capture all of that and let her be herself. She cried when it was time to go, so I take it that she had as much fun during her photo session as I did!
