Spring is here in Georgia!!!! The landscape is sprinkled with beautiful white and light pink blossoming trees and fresh greens. Stunning! Perfect backdrop for Spring child art photography here in Oconee County, GA and the Athens, GA area.

The images below were taken among the beautiful Bradford Pear trees and their delicate white blossoms. Very fitting for these two little girls’ portraits. Glad that their mom joined in too. There truly is nothing better!

Big sister joined in for a few portraits as well. She is wearing her own smocked dress that is so fitting for this location an all the beautiful white blossoms on the Bradford Pear trees. It is always surreal to watch my clients grow through my lens over the years. This young lady is about to graduate high school. Seems like yesterday she was just a little thing and her sister was a tiny baby. Where on earth have the years gone? Dance into the weekend!!!!

This is Fall break for many kiddos in the area. For me, that means that my daughter is coming home from college to spend time with us and get some much needed appointments in.

If you are unsure on what to do this weekend, but want to stay semi-local, here are some ideas: Saturday is the Madison chili cook off. If you want to listen to live music, head to Athens for Porchfest. Octoberfest is happening in Helen this entire month. Pick your pumpkins at Washington Farms. Head to the mountains for some apple picking. This weekend will also be a great time for hiking and camping.
