My daughter adores dressing up and often goes through my closet and drawers looking for fabulous finds to wear around the house. Snow days give her even more opportunities to be fashionable! Yesterday, she happened upon this outfit and I thought it was fitting for a few Valentine portraits. I can’t believe how quickly my baby girl is growing up! Seems like just yesterday I was welcoming her into this world and now she has turned into quite the young lady. I love her thoughtfulness, creativity, laughter and sense of humor. She is a pure delight and melts my heart with her different expressions and frequent hugs. I am so fortunate to have her as my daughter and feel blessed to have the most fulfilling job as her mother!

Love this area of the historic district of Jekyll Island. Pretty walkways, roads, buildings, trees and scenery. It is like taking a step back in time in many ways. I have been photographing my daughter in this exact location for the last few summers and it never disappoints.
