Newborn portraits taken on-location, in the comfort of your home, is a calming and authentic way to capture the first few days of your baby’s life. Most new parents are a bit sleep deprived and trying to figure out routines of their precious infant/s, but there is usually adreneline giving them some energy and a sense of such wonder and love that is just breathtaking to witness. It is always an honor to be welcomed into my clients’ homes during these special moments in order to create beautiful artwork that will be cherished for a lifetime. This lil’ man I was able to photograph when he was still in him mom’s belly during their maternity photography session in Ballwin, which made it even more special to capture him once he made his appearance in this world. His parents were so excited to meet their baby boy at their first portrait session with me and their calmness and adoration was quite apparent during their newborn photography session. I was amazed with how alert this lil’ man was and how he was already taking everything in. He was such a sweet heart and really took comfort in the voices and touch of his parents.
