Yesterday was one of the few nice days we’ve had this winter and luckily for this couple, we were able to get some beautiful maternity portraits indoors and outdoors. The session started at their home in the city of St. Louis to get some images of this beautiful mom-to-be lounging and showing off her beautiful belly. They have the most amazing light in their loft with such an ethereal look. Perfect for showing of the glow of pregnancy. We then headed to Forest Park for some outdoor images as this couple really enjoys their time out in nature. The weather shifted a bit as we ventured outdoors, but the results were well worth the drop in temperature. I love the ease that these two have with each other and the excitement they share on the baby they are creating together. This area of tall grass made for the perfect backdrop for these two. The way the grass laid down so perfectly in certain areas was meant for cuddling in it’s natural elegance. I love how their outfits compliment their surroundings as well. Such a beautiful and loving couple. I am looking forward to meeting their lil’ “bear” in a few weeks. In the meantime, enjoy the maternity photography sneak peek!
