Maternity & Newborn Luxe Matted Album

The Luxe Matted Album is a favorite among families and are great for archiving maternity and newborn portraits in one place. This particular album arrived today for a client and I had to share a few images before it goes out for delivery. Isn’t it beautiful? The 30 image album is handmade by artisans and is covered in a beautiful natural linen material and each 5″x7″ image is matted to individual pages. Such a timeless piece that will surely be cherished and passed down through the generations. I love it when new parents include images from both their maternity and newborn photography sessions as it really tells a story of this precious time in their lives. Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.

Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.

Hope everyone fares well with the winter storm this weekend.

I know we have all heard about the winter storm that is heading our way this weekend. Instead of thinking of ice, I am choosing to think about the warm beach!
