There is a new portrait box in the Yvonne Niemann Photography product line-up. Portrait boxes still contain all the images from your session gallery as bordered 4″x6″ prints and a USB suite to house your digital images with an elegant satin ribbon bow. Just like the former portrait boxes, they are covered in a natural linen fabric. The main difference is the lay-out of the box and they now have an embossed laurel wreath in matte gold on the top. Such a beautiful addition!
Having a portrait box displayed in your home is a great way to archive and enjoy your most prized images. They also are great conversation pieces and are instant family heirlooms. Great item to pass down through the generations.
All premium portrait session come standard with a portrait box, which can be upgraded to an Heirloom Album or Fine Art Image Box. Portrait boxes can also be purchased separately. This infant girl’s session was so sweet. We got such a variety of images of this little lady by herself, with her brothers and parents. Mom purchased flowers for me to put together a beautiful wreath for a few images. These will have such a special place in mom’s heart and in the baby’s nursery. The nursery is decorated tastefully with a pale baby pink, whites, creams and a touch of gold accent pieces. Perfectly fitting for a little princess! This portrait box will look lovely on one of the shelves in the nursery, which coordinates just perfectly.

This is my sweet baby girl. She is obviously not a baby anymore, but rather a beautiful young lady, but she will ALWAYS be MY baby. I am sure all parents can relate.
Lily is why I do what I do. Before I got pregnant, I was a video producer with some crazy hours. When I found out I was expecting, my husband and I looked into childcare options, but weren`t having much luck finding what we needed. My heart was telling me to be with my daughter. I didn`t want to miss out on anything. My plan was to freelance, but the hours honestly weren`t much different, so I decided to stay home with my baby girl.
I had always done photography on the side. Early on, I did photo journalism, but then switched over to doing it as a hobby once I started my career in video. I worked for a photographer for a short time in college who had her studio in her home and always thought that would be perfect for when I had my own family. So, that is exactly what I set my mind to once I made the decision to quit the video world. As a mom, it would allow me to set my own goals, hours and run things the way I wanted.
Owning my own business has been such a blessing! I get to be there for my daughter and family while feeding into my passion for photography. It gives me such freedom and makes my heart sing with every session I do. Love documenting important moments for my clients throughout their journey of life. Such an honor and something that I don`t take lightly.
Thank you Lily for leading me down this path and allowing me to do what I am truly passionate about. Getting pregnant with you was the push I needed to make my dreams a reality.
You know when people say that if you do what you love, you never work a day in your life? I can attest that is very true. It is what I hope for my daughter and all of you!
