This little girl has a big weekend coming up! She is celebrating her second birthday and is also being baptized. Her mom set up a child photoshoot at my home studio to document these important milestones. Miss T is wearing the same dress that her mom wore when she was baptized as a little girl. I love the sentimental value of the dress and how it comes back full circle!
We did the first half of the session outside in her birthday outfit and then she got changed into her baptism outfit for some beautiful portraits surrounded by Mother Nature. Cannot wait to share some of those! Love how peaceful she looks as she says her prayers in the wooded trail. So pretty.
For the second part of her child photoshoot, we headed inside for some stunning images of her in her baptism dress. Absolutely adore how she looks in the family’s heirloom in this setting. So simple, pure and timeless. Really highlights her beauty and this time in her life.
T is always a delight to photograph. I cannot believe how much she has changed in the last couple of years. Seems like just yesterday I was photographing her mom’s maternity portraits and then their newborn photos. Such an honor to capture her milestones ever since then. Cannot wait to see what the future holds for her and to document it all through my lens. Congrats Miss T. I couldn’t be happier for you!
