These two adorable boys are the cutest! Big brother just turned three and baby brother recently celebrated his first birthday. Cannot get over how much they have grown and changed since I saw them last, just a few months ago.

They both have such fun personalities. The oldest of the siblings has lots of energy and gives lots of hugs to his family members. He was quite talkative and loved exploring during their portrait session. I have been photographing him for three years now and it is so neat to see him grow and come into his own. Such a sweet heart!

The youngest of the boys is a super happy baby who doesn’t let much phase him. You can tell that he really looks up to his big brother by the way he watches him and follows him around. SO cute! He is a big cuddlier with his family. Gotta love that! He is also walking and running alongside his brother. So neat to see him hit all those important milestones within his first year.

Now, I have to mention these boys’ outfits! Aren’t they just so cute? Their mom always does such a great job dressing her family for portraits. They coordinate so well. Love the monograming and the sweet pastel blue color palette. Adorable and great example of what to wear for boys child photography sessions. Timeless and classic!

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.

Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.

Hope everyone fares well with the winter storm this weekend.

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

I know we have all heard about the winter storm that is heading our way this weekend. Instead of thinking of ice, I am choosing to think about the warm beach!
