There is such romance in pregnancy and this couple’s love was so apparent during their winter maternity portrait session earlier this year. Such an ease among these two that is lovely to witness. Their excitement for their next chapter was infectious and such an honor to document in a loving way. The day of their session, there was ice on the small pond, but it was luckily warm enough to get rid of coats and all the winter gear. The crisp air was perfect for cuddling and dreaming of what the future holds with the birth of their baby girl. I picked this location as it was close to this couple’s home, light was perfect, the tall grass and pond added interesting texture and fit with their love of the outdoors. It really was the perfect setting for their winter pregnancy portraits! Congrats you two.
