Preserving Newborn Portraits for a Bogart Family

A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege to photograph a sweet infant girl in Bogart, GA. The family’s Luxe Matted Album arrived today and I wanted to take some pictures to showcase their beautiful family keepsake before it went out for delivery. These albums are perfect for preserving newborn portraits. They meet archival standards, which stand the test of time and easily become family heirlooms. Each album is handmade lovingly by artisans with attention to detail. Several luxe fabrics are available for the cover ranging from Japanese silk, natural linen and a fine Italian leather as shown below. The pages are thick and showcase a single matted 5×7 print that highlights the beauty of each portrait with sophistication. A family portrait is important, but the relationships within the family are what make the collection complete.

That’s one of the reasons I love a Signature Session. With more time, we can photograph not only everyone together, but also siblings, each child, Mom with the kids, Dad with the kids, parents together and all the natural moments in between.
