Yesterday I photographed this winter newborn at his home in Athens, GA. Doesn’t he look so cozy here? He really likes being swaddled. Every time I would swaddle him tightly, he would calm down and fall asleep, which he really needed after all the awake time he had throughout the day. His wakeful moments allowed us to get sweet images showcasing those beautiful eyes, which is always a nice treat! His parents are so in love with their baby boy and I know that the feeling is quite mutual! I love all the sentimental items that they have kept to pass down to their son as those family heirlooms are part of this family’s history and tell so many stories. Luckily we were able to photograph some of those treasured keepsakes that I know will be loved by this lil’ man for many years to come. Enjoy the sneak peek! Many many more to come…
