It was dark and raining when I woke up this morning, but baby Lucien totally brightened the day. The first time I captured this lil’ man was when he was still in him mommy’s belly for their maternity photography session. We weren’t able to go outside for any portraits this morning due to the weather, but we got some amazing images of him inside. I picked up some apples on the way to their home for the first shot below. I just thought it was fitting for a September baby. I also chose colors that complimented Autumn’s beauty, so even though we weren’t outdoors at all, we still got a taste of the season of Lucien’s birth. At six days old, he is a great sleeper, curls up naturally as if still in the womb, and has a huge appetite. His parents are so lucky to have this lil’ man in their lives. Enjoy the sneak peek!
