St. Louis Maternity Photographer | The Beauty of Pregnancy

This morning, I captured a beautiful couple as they’re expecting their first baby! We were originally scheduled to do this session earlier in the summer, but we opted to hold off a bit since it was 115 degrees with heat index on that day. What a difference. Today was very comfortable with a nice breeze, which was quite refreshing. Much more comfy for mommy-to-be and safer health-wise as well. We got some stunning images of this expanding family! Enjoy the sneak peek. Can’t wait to meet the lil’ one in a couple of weeks!

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.

Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.

Hope everyone fares well with the winter storm this weekend.
