I just adore the name Ava! In fact, when I was pregnant, we had two girl names picked out – Lily and Ava. When we met our lil’ girl for the first time, we thought she looked more like a Lily to us, so that’s what we went with, but the name Ava still holds a dear place in my heart.
This newborn session took place right after some tornados hit down in St. Louis. It was still raining during Ava’s newborn portrait session at her house in O’Fallon, MO, but we lucked out with a dry spell so we could get some outdoor images for her parents. Isn’t she just adorable? She has two older sisters who adore her and I’m sure they are already teaching her the ways of the world! 😉 Look out mom and dad!
