Six month milestone baby photography in Athens, GA.

Such an honor to photograph this beautiful six month old lil’ lady for her milestone baby photography session! I first photographed her three months ago when she was a mere there months old. Such a change in a short time. Her sweet personality is really coming out and she makes the most adorable sounds as she coos and squeals in delight. Absolutely love!!!! Miss C is like the Gerber Baby with her round face, her heart shaped lips, those big eyes & delicate features! I absolutely love how it looks like she has rubber bands on her wrists and ankles. Cannot get enough of this lil’ one! Thankfully I will get to photograph her again in another three months for her nine month milestone baby photography session. So  many cute images from yesterday. Can’t wait to share more! In the meantime…enjoy the sneak peek.

There’s a reason I plan my sessions for the edges of the day. Right before sunrise and just before sunset, the sun sits low on the horizon, wrapping everything in soft, golden light. It’s flattering, gentle on skin tones, and creates that dreamy glow you simply can’t replicate at noon. The wind calms, the beach feels peaceful, and the magic naturally unfolds.

This sweet mother-daughter moment was captured on Jekyll Island at Driftwood Beach just as the sun was rising — when the sky turns pastel and the reflections shimmer along the shoreline.

When you trust the light, you get images that feel timeless, effortless, and full of heart.
