This family was such a pleasure to photograph shortly after they welcomed in their baby boy into the world. The weather was perfect for outdoor newborn pictures at their home in Athens, GA. I love being able to use Mother Nature as a backdrop for portraits and newborn pictures are no different. Beautiful light and simple green scenery adds to the glowing adoration and love between family members. This family loves spending time outside, exploring the world and I know they will have many adventures together as a family. Their dog was handling the transition quite well and I am sure baby and him will be longtime friends and companions.
After spending time outside to capture the loving connections of this new family, we stepped onto their screened in porch for some sweet sleeping newborn pictures. Such purity of a peaceful sleeping baby. Don’t you just love those pink lips and the way he poses himself while sleeping?
