This past weekend, I had the great opportunity to photograph this lil’ beauty for her newborn photography session at her family’s home in St. Louis City. Her parents wanted to be surprised with the gender of their baby and therefore called her “bear” while she was in the womb as it was a gender neutral name as well as just a cute term of endearment. Since I had photographed her while still in the womb for her family’s maternity photo session, it was a wonderful treat to meet her in person and capture these early moments in her life. She was awake for quite a while, which actually worked out well to get those bright eyed portraits that are just so precious. I love the images where you can tell that she is looking directly at her parents and taking in all their love and adoration! Pure bliss. Enjoy the music video.
