Early this past Fall, I photographed this beautiful family at the St. Louis World’s Fair Pavilion to celebrate their son’s six month birthday! This made for the perfect location for this family who lives just minutes away who enjoy urban life as well as the great outdoors. It also worked out well for their work schedules since they had to head off to work right after their session nearby. It was very early in the Autumn season and there wasn’t a lot of color in the area yet, but I was able to find one tree near the Pavilion that had some orange leaves along with some that had fallen onto the ground. Made for a perfect backdrop while giving baby R something fun to play with. Of course, he wanted to sample taste it all as well, but we were able to playfully put a stop to that! 😉 I just adore this family and how they interact together. You can tell that they have a lot of fun together and are super proud of their baby boy. I can’t believe how time flies and how fast lil’ ones grow. As you remember, I just photographed his first birthday portraits just last month among all of Spring’s beauty! Such an honor to capture this family throughout this past year.
