Clayton Family Portrait Photographer | Six Months and Three Years!

I just adore this family. I have been capturing them since their first son was born three years ago. I can’t believe it’s been that long and that he’s celebrating his third birthday already. How time flies! Their newest addition is already six months. I captured his newborn portraits this Fall and now in the Spring I got to photograph him with his family again for their family portrait session. Two of my favorite seasons! It was a lot of fun seeing these two boys’ different personalities. I know they will have many adventures together in the future. (Look out mom and dad!) Happy birthday Ben! Hope you have a great party this afternoon.

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.

Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.

Hope everyone fares well with the winter storm this weekend.
