It is always an honor to be trusted with these children’s Christmas portrait every year. These sisters are such a joy and their parents are the sweetest.
This year, mom chose these beautiful festive Holiday dresses that were monogramed just in time for their photo session. Aren’t they just perfect? I love how timeless the dresses are. The colors look so good on the girls’ skin tones and that pop of red really stands out. Great example of what to wear for a children’s Christmas portrait here in the South.
I chose this location for their session as I knew it would look good with what they were wearing. This field is very similar to a tree farm with all the baby pine trees and the natural native grass gives a nice touch as well. Gives you that feel of the Holiday Season without it being super obvious or over the top. Love!
Both girls were just as sweet as they always are. Big sister adores her baby sister and I know the feeling is mutual even though the little one didn’t want to be held too long the evening of their session. Very common for a little girl testing out her independence! We did get some adorable cuddle shots like the one above and then we got a lot of images of each girl by herself and with the whole family. This family really knows how to have fun together and I think it showed in their finished images. Cannot wait to share more!
