Over the Fourth of July weekend, I did a newborn family photography session at my home studio in Oconee County. Such an honor to create images for this beautiful family welcoming their second girl into their world. She slept like a champ at the beginning of their portrait session and then she was wide awake for the rest of her time with me, which resulted in great variety while allowing us to see those beautiful eyes. Big sister adores the newest addition to the family and loved her snuggle time with her. Such a sweet thing to witness. I know that they will be great friends and will have great adventures together. Spring is officially here and Easter is just a few days away. How are you celebrating? Are you heading out of town for spring break, staying put, planning fun activities within short driving distance, or perhaps a combination of all the above?

Since my daughter is in college and she already had her spring break, we are looking forward to having her home for Easter and celebrating the holiday with friends.
