This portrait session in Athens, GA meant the world to me. These people are the very first people we met when we moved to Georgia. There were only two daughters at the time and my daughter and their now middle daughter became instant friends. It has been a pleasure watching this family grow not only in numbers, but in age, wisdom and character. So many milestones they have gone through together as a family and many more to come. When they commissioned me for their family photos with their kids, it was such an honor. It had poured on the day of their session and the field we were going to do their session was drenched. We could not move their session date as their eldest daughter and her boyfriend had to leave the next day. Luckily, the rain cleared out and I offered up this location that would work rain or shine. When it was sprinkling, we took cover and when it was dry (most of their session), we utilized this beautiful downtown Athens, GA setting. Perfection!
