Portrait of two young sisters in a park in Town and Country.

I have been photographing these sisters since they were born. Such a fun and sweet family who knows how to play and love life! This past weekend, I photographed these lil’ beauties with their parents. We chose this local park as it is close to their house, which made it a convenient choice. I love the picture of these beautiful gals. Big sister was walking along the top of the stone bridge and her sister climbed up to join in. Shortly after this, they broke out into dance with the sound of their parents singing in the background. Too cute. Little sister adores her big sister and really looks up to her. Her eyes are always on her sister. You can tell that she really looks up to her big sis. The feeling is mutual. Big sister does a great job taking care of her mini me and her playful personality is quite contagious. Sweet, sweet girls and beautiful family. Can’t wait to share more.

Happy 20th birthday to my sweet Lily Mae!

Twenty years ago today, I had no idea how completely my world was about to change. I still remember all the little details - the morning walk, making homemade cinnamon bread, the doctor’s appointment that unexpectedly turned into a hospital stay, the movie we watched while we waited for your arrival, the sweet nurses and doctors that helped welcome you into the world (thank you Mike for the epidural)…and then the moment they placed you on my chest and we met for the very first time.

I could not have asked for a better daughter. I am so incredibly proud of the woman you have become and love watching you find your own way in this world. I cannot wait to see where life takes you next.

No matter how grown you are, you will always be my baby girl. Happy 20th, Lily Mae. You are my whole world. 🤍
