Last night I photographed this beautiful lil’ lady for her Southern Christmas portraits near Athens, GA. Isn’t she a beauty?! I have had the privilege of photographing her since she was just a little baby and it is such an honor to capture her important milestones and watch her grown through my lens. She was full of smiles last night, which I know meant a lot to her mom. Thankfully her mom gave me a few tips that helped and then her parents’ playfulness was a natural way to get those joyful looks that they wanted.

Her parents always dress so stylishly and their daughter is no exception. I have to say, Southern mom’s know how to dress their kids! Such classic and refined beauty. Her wardrobe here is by The Beaufort Bonnet Company. If you are not familiar with this clothing company, check them out! They are a favorite of many of my clients here in Georgia and Alabama.

Spring is officially here and Easter is just a few days away. How are you celebrating? Are you heading out of town for spring break, staying put, planning fun activities within short driving distance, or perhaps a combination of all the above?

Since my daughter is in college and she already had her spring break, we are looking forward to having her home for Easter and celebrating the holiday with friends.
