Winter Sibling Photography in Watkinsville, GA

“If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” ~ AFRICAN PROVERB

Natural tween Winter sibling photography in Watkinsville, GA.

Yesterday I photographed a beautiful family in Watkinsville for their winter portraits. Sibling photography is so special and important to not only the parents and children, but for generations to come. It gives a glimpse of the connection between brother and sister and the bonds that are shared. I hope they continue to grow and flourish together throughout life. These two are super sweet together. They cuddle, play, wrestle and tease each other in such a great way. So fun to witness.

We chose a field with tall golden grass and green pine trees for their portrait session. Tons of room to play and gave us a lot of variety. The image above was shot through some pine trees, which framed these two beautifully. Right after this frame, they wrestled for a bit to break things up. Love the results of those photos as well. I’ll share those soon. 😉 So honored to photograph these two along with their family. You can tell they have a lot of fun together! Enjoy the sneak peek. More to come.

If you are wondering what to wear for your upcoming family portrait session, this is a great example! Love how these siblings coordinate, but aren’t matchy matchy. The fur vest and blue sweater gives nice texture and interest and I love how the blues work together with their outfits and their surroundings.
