The flower fields here in Georgia are in full bloom and make for a perfect setting for Spring portrait sessions. This family’s session a couple of nights ago was a dream. The weather was perfect, the landscape could not have been better and the subjects were such a pleasure!
This field is one of my absolute favorites in the Oconee County area. Love how it changes through the year, but the Spring season just has my heart in this setting. Love the lush greens in the trees and grass and all the pretty wildflowers that overtake this area is just divine. I also love how the sun glows and twinkles as it comes through the trees in such a magical way. There is truly nothing better!
This sweet mama had approached me in the winter regarding Spring portraits and she had mentioned another family’s session that took place in these exact flower fields last year. Luckily, she was able to get her images taken right where she was hoping. We worked together to plan wardrobe and timing of her session. We had to change the date a few times due to weather, but it was well worth the wait! Just in time for Mother’s Day too!
