This sweet two year old girl has such a wonderful personality! Full of laughter and outgoing energy. Typical of a child her age, she was on the move, which made for some fun portraits that showcased this time in her life. I love how affectionate she was with her parents. When she saw her parents hug, she immediately went in for some cuddle time too. So, so sweet and touching.
We get to play a little during heirloom sessions too! Great way to gain trust and cooperation while having some fun in the process.

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.
This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.
Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.
