I had a fun outdoor baby photography session with this lil’ man about to celebrate his first birthday this morning in Sunset Hills, MO. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! Sunny, warm with a soft breeze and pretty blue skies. Mother nature treated the birthday boy very nicely. This location was picked by H’s mom as she drives by it quite often going to her mom’s house. It’s so picturesque with a beautiful field and red barns. (more to come of that later) So glad that she was able to obtain permission from the owners for us to photograph there! It was such a treat to photograph H’s birthday portraits this morning as I first photographed him while he was in his mommy’s belly for her maternity photography session at the beginning of last Spring. (remember the field of yellow daffodils?!) I couldn’t get over what a little man he has become since the last time I saw him when he was only a week old for his newborn portraits. Such a handsome boy and such a wonderful personality. He is very calm and makes the cutest facial expressions. I think his temperament comes from his parents who have always impressed me with their laid back attitudes and how they just go with the flow. Such a sweet family. I know it has been quite a joyous year for them and I couldn’t be happier for this family of three. Congratulations lil’ man on your first birthday. Hope your party is a blast next week!
