As a dog lover, I love it when families include man’s best friend in their portraits. I first met Frazier at his family’s maternity session. His parents included him in those portraits as he truly is another family member and their “first child”. He is such a great dog who takes direction well and loves to play and explore. Even at their newborn photography session, he sat next to the cradle and allowed for some beautiful portraits with the newest addition to the family. This time, he was the same lovable, fun, good pup that he always is. His parents commissioned me for family/baby portraits since their son is now sitting up well and is showing his neat personality. Of course, Frazier was invited for portraits, but it was even more important this time. Frazier has been going through a lot over the last month as he was recently diagnosed with cancer. He has been tolerating treatment fairly well and still has the same pep in his step! This is one of my favorite portraits of this beautiful furry friend from their session. So many more to share where he’s with his family, but I thought he deserved his very own blog post this morning! Enjoy. More to come.
