Kirkwood Child Photographer | Ben & Trains

Ben is all about trains and other modes of transportation, so it made perfect sense to hold his second birthday photography session at the Museum of Transportation in Kirkwood, MO. We were able to keep his attention much longer than at a regular park and we got his true personality to shine through while keeping things sentimental for the family. He is quite the inquisitive lil’ boy who is showing his independence already. He will be a big brother in a short few months and I can wait to see how the two siblings interact!

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.

Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.

Hope everyone fares well with the winter storm this weekend.

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.

I know we have all heard about the winter storm that is heading our way this weekend. Instead of thinking of ice, I am choosing to think about the warm beach!
