Fall Lifestyle Family Photos | State Botanical Gardens of Georgia

This morning I got to spend time with this beautiful family for their Fall lifestyle family photos at State Botanical Gardens of Georgia. UGA sure does a wonderful job keeping up the gardens and it is absolutely stunning right now.

These boys are two years old and just the sweetest. One is much more adventurous and independent and the other is more cautious and likes to be held. Mom mentioned how the boys have changed who their person is recently. Any parent will understand this. One moment you are the apple of their eye and the next moment, they want nothing to do with you and only want your other half. Ebbs and flows.

Love the boys curls and their personalities. At the end of their session, they really opened up as they got to play with water. I purposely did that at the end of the session as I was concerned about them getting wet and boy did they ever get wet! They had a blast though and it was worth all the smiles and adorable captures. While they were at play, you could really see how these brothers interact and how much they look up to each other. They are in for a lifetime of good times ahead of them. Their parents will lead them through life in a fun and supportive way. Loved seeing the four of them together. Such a loving and sweet family.

It`s probably not a big surprise, but I love photographing pretty things in nature during my free time. It brings me so much happiness!!!! Of course, there are times when I leave my camera at home, but most of the time it is with me where I can photograph things that catch my eye. Sometimes it is the way light filters through some trees, architectural elements kissed by the elements, delicate flowers, or vast landscapes. My favorite thing though are all the little details. I tend to isolate elements more than not. It is what I gravitate towards.

I hold heirloom photography events each season, but also offer personalized heirloom sessions when you need a bit more time and variety in your images.

Differences in heirloom photography sessions:

Heirloom portrait events are short 15 minute time slots for an individual child. Siblings can be booked back to back to allow a sibling portrait. The background is a white backdrop.

The signature heirloom session lasts up to 90 minutes and can include multiple children and even family pets. You can choose to do the heirloom photography session at your home, outside or at the Yvonne Niemann Photography home studio. You can choose your backdrop as well as a few different sitting options. There are several different backdrops to choose from - white, gray, cream and hand painted muslins in various neutral shades. Sitting options include various stools, chairs, a bench and a settee. If you want other images that are not heirloom portraits, you can do that too during a signature heirloom photography session!

Simplicity heirloom sessions last 30 minutes and can be for an individual child who needs more time to warm up or would like to include a family pet or one other child. These sessions can be done at your home, outdoors or the Yvonne Niemann Photography home studio. You can also choose your backdrop as well as a sitting options.
