This lil’ beauty is a mere nine days old. What a great Christmas present for this family! Her big brother is such a big helper and SO proud of his baby sister. He was pretty happy to give kisses and lil’ sis seemed to be comforted by his touch. Miss H was fighting sleep today, but she was so sweet and allowed me to get some precious images of her. Hopefully this also means that mom and dad will get a good night’s sleep! Merry Christmas and enjoy the sneak peek. Much more to come.

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.
This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.
Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.
