This morning’s session was a lot of fun. I was watching the weather pretty close all week as I was worried about the storms hindering family portrait sessions this weekend. Luckily, we had a beautiful morning! It was a tad more windy than we had hoped, but the big gusts weren’t scheduled to be in the area until towards the end of this family’s session so we were good! Sure, we had to do a few tricks to get the balloons to cooperate, but the effort was SO worth it! Don’t you think?! The time of day for portraits is so important. The image on the left was taken right after sunrise and the earth is just glowing in delight. The portrait on the right was taken an hour later and it’s still magical, but takes on a different feel. I love both images and how the sun highlights this family’s beauty. You can just feel the love through their portraits.
