This past September, baby J entered the world and I had the great opportunity to capture his Autumn newborn portraits at his family home in St. Louis. Isn’t he just a dream with that beautiful head of hair and gorgeous complexion? Divine! He actually reminds me a lot of his big sister during her newborn photography session a few years back. The day before J was born, his family went to a local St. Louis apple orchard to pick apples, so we incorporated some of those pieces of fresh fruit for a few portraits towards the end of their session. This location, just outside their front door of their home, is also where we photographed big sister in a similar fashion when she was an infant. I know that when they look at those images, the memories of that time will come rushing back. Such a special time. Big sister “G” loves her brother and was very protective of him during his photo session. Can’t blame her. He is such a precious gift. So cute to witness the bond between these two already! Congrats again on your growing family.
