I love mom and baby photography sessions and this one is a prime example of why. Look at the joy shown here in this portrait. These are the moments that you want to hang on to and remember. I honestly wish that I had an image of my mom and I like this. So neat to see the love and happiness a mother has for her child, but also how adored mom is by her baby. Such a special bond that will last a lifetime and beyond.
This image was taken outdoors at a park a mere minutes from this family’s home. I used a lens that allowed me to be more than six feet away for safe social distancing. Great way to capture important milestones during this time.
This little lady is just over three months old, which is such an important time to document through portraiture. She has such a neat personality. Very laid back and super sweet. She is a spitting image of her mom, which is apparent when you see images of her mom at this same age. Certain facial expressions remind me of her brothers, which is such a special thing to witness. She is SO loved and I know she brings much happiness to this family and everyone that she comes in contact with. This Southern belle is so strong already. Her upper body strength is quite amazing. I think it is because she hates being on her back and therefore gets a ton of belly time! Well, that and just strong genes…
