This morning, I got to take pictures of these two beautiful ladies for a sentimental portrait session. The little girl you see here is with her baby sitter who has taken good care of her since she was born. They share the same name and so much more. The bond these two have is so sweet to witness. Little T just adores her big T and I am so glad that her mom had the idea to get portraits of the two of them. Miss T just graduated college, is getting married this Fall and will be moving away to start her new life! I know these images will mean so much to both of these ladies and little Ts family.
This little Southern beauty is about to celebrate her third birthday and her mom wanted images back where I took their maternity portraits. It is also on the UGA campus where big T just graduated and spent much of her time when she was not with the little lady! Such a special place for both of these ladies.
Love the outfits these two wore for their session. Comfy for a hot and humid Summer morning while coordinating together and with their surroundings. These two were troopers getting ready for an early morning photography session and bearing the heat. Towards the end, we all took our shoes off and walked through the dew soaked grass, which felt nice and cool on our feet. Really helped us cool off. My reflector made for a great fan too!
At the end of the session, Miss T gave her mini-me a special gift and little T couldn’t have been more appreciative and grateful. In her sweet little voice, she kept thanking T for the gift – all the way to the car!
I know these two will miss each other, but I also know that they will always have great memories and hold a special place in their hearts for each other. Relationships like this are not to be forgotten.
