I had the honor to capture lil’ Mr. K this morning at the young age of two weeks! He is just the cutest thing and pretty laid back, which I think is a requirement when you come into the world with two siblings. It’s always a fun thing to see this lil’ person who just a few months ago was in his mommy’s belly. It’s been a privilege documenting these special times for this family – first with their maternity session and now with K’s newborn portraits. Enjoy the sneak peek!

Being in the south, this may be an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE snow.
This picture was taken in a blizzard down the street from where I lived in St. Louis. Can you believe this was in March, right before Easter?! This is NOT a black and white picture. It just looks like it due to the snow conditions. We already had leaves on the trees, which made the snow coverage that much more magical too.
Now, I do not miss the dirty, slushy mess that comes after a snow like this, but I do miss sledding, making forts and snowmen, and having snowball fights.
