A few months back, Stacia, of Stacia Shaw Photography, contacted me and said that she’d be in St. Louis for a week in June and was wondering if we could switch sessions. Of course I jumped at the chance! As a photographer, I don’t get to be in front of the camera too often and I really want family portraits where I’m not setting up a tripod and using a remote control to capture those cherished moments. Plus, it’s great experience for me to know how all of my clients feel when in front of the camera. Stacia’s family portraits took place tonight and it was such an honor to create portraits for them. The Shaw family couldn’t be more fun and loving towards each other. I have so many favorites from their family portrait session. For now, I’ll just share this one, but I promise – there will be many more coming! Thank you Stacia for allowing me to capture your family. I hope my family does as good for your camera as the four (five) of you did for me. 😉
