This is such a great time for family pictures on UGA North Campus here in Athens. College students have left campus, weather isn’t too hot yet and everything is lush green and in full bloom. Could not ask for a more relaxing atmosphere for family pictures.
We started this family’s portrait session at Founder’s Garden and then moved over to another part of campus where we could utilize the pretty columns and walkways. It worked out perfectly and went so well with their outfit choices. Love the color palette that mom chose. What is more classic than red, white and blue? Red is such a great pop of color and is great when done in small amounts. Love the classic shoes for the girls as they will always be in style and stand the test of time. Great for images that you want to have up on your walls for years to come!
The girls love their baby dolls that they got for Christmas, so we had to include them in some portraits too. Such great mommies these two girls are to their babies. I love it when parents include their children’s favorite toys and lovies in their portraits. It is something that will really showcase this time in your children’s lives and sometimes it is a big part of your family dynamic as well.
We finished up their family pictures with a nice little stroll on the beautiful walkways on UGA’s campus. As you can see, the lights had already switched on, which I think really adds to this finished portrait. Love the glow and added interest. Aren’t they just the sweetest family? All these smiles are genuine and they truly do love their time together. I love watching these five together and how they love each other. It is indeed something special to witness.
