What a dream motherhood portrait photography session last night! I drove to Cumming to photograph these two. I arrived early to scout out the area since I was not familiar with the surroundings. As I was driving, I noticed this beautiful trail and it was love at first sight. Mom had texted me pictures of their outfits, so I knew this location would be very fitting for them! Boy was I right!!!!
I’m glad that mom decided to join in for portraits! (their dog joined in on the first image too) Such a sweet family. Big sister is such a ham and has such a neat personality. She laughs a lot and enjoyed exploring and cuddling with her brother and mom. She picked lots of flowers and grass, which was a nice touch for portraits. She adores her brother and he clearly loves her back. He is so laid back. I honestly don’t remember even hearing him make a peep the entire time during their motherhood portrait photography session. He just goes with the flow. He really enjoys tummy time and has a ton of strength. Love all his rolls and dimpled hands. Mom, sister and brother have the most beautiful eyes. Such a pleasure photographing these three and cannot wait to see these two kiddos grow over time!
Their outfits are a perfect example of what to wear for motherhood portrait photography. The classic Feltman Brothers outfits for sister and brother are always a wonderful addition to portraits and can be worn pretty much any time of year. I love how they are instant heirloom pieces that can be passed down through the generations too. Mom’s dress compliments her children’s outfits nicely and will stand the test of time as well. All three outfits work so nicely with the surroundings. The soft colors and country vibe brings everything together in a dreamy way. Very seamless.
As you can see, there is still quite a bit of green in Georgia, but things are softening up and the leaves and beginning to get their Fall colors.
